Earning money is hard but when it comes to spending, it is so easy to lose fifty bucks in a matter of seconds. Furthermore, since now it's the great singapore sale, the items look so much more appealing and double that with the discounts, it is simply plain irresistable.

I've been doing my rounds after working hours with the sister to find some good bargains. Some shops we've thronged including departmental stores like bhg, og and robinsons. Just today, I did some bold shopping at raffles city and browse through the high-end labels. I'm so falling in love with the clothes and accessories at river island! I might be getting myself a new wallet there but I left the store with a few accesories for a friend of mine. My sister simply told me I've developed an expensive taste in fashion and living. I swat that off with an equation that expensive = comfort = long lasting. It's true really. However I don't deny that the cheaper stuff I go for, does have comfort and style. It's just that it wears off easily.

Shoes have been another addiction that I can not kick off me. Most of the departmental stores now carry labels like sole lovers and jwest, which truly provides the comfort for your sole (and soul). The tag can be a bit pricier than the shoes that you can buy for over twenty bucks at far east plaza but the durability differs. Right now, all I can think of is to own shoes that I can wear long enough and the quality of it stays good. So that explains the new pazzion shoes stored neatly inside the shoe cupboard (which made dad envious and angry as I took a lot of space from the rack). Haha.

I guess I can say my shopping escapade so far has been thrilling and exhilarating. Who knows what I'm going to buy next? A new laptop perhaps, or that psp I've been aiming for so long or even the t20 cybershot camera with the cute wallet case. However, being wise now will do me good in the future. I should just settle to saving. That will do me good for future big events. *beams*
