The above picture never fails to crack me up into fits of laughter. I get to capture the moment and somehow spun my own tale of the untold affair. Though its purely yours truly imagination and creativity, of course. No pun intended but if it is to really happen, that guy in white will definitely suffer multiple injuries.
Anyway, the supposedly long weekend that I thought to be turned out to be a short one. Kept myself busy on Friday by messing up the kitchen. An aspiring iron chef that I want to be, I tried cooking rendang. This time round, no more book to book recipe to follow. Instead I used the 'campak' or throw everything method into the pot. Mum taught me to used my intuition and get the feel of the sizzle and fizzle. I must say I'm getting good at this 'campak' cooking cause if you really know the basics, it can apply to all types of dishes.
Then came Saturday, the day where girls became woman and vice versa. Met up with ana and rose for meet the robinsons, having lunch together, talked about personal lives, perfume hunting (which left me and ana casting evil eyes on rose) and bubble tea-ing. It amazes me how our priorities have change now. No talks about crushes or infatuations but down right reality. Now, I love talking serious stuffs with them. I guess we are entering the maturity phase or at least I am since twenty one is just a few months away.
Oh, and did I mention I bumped into my cousin and kak diana on that day? I'm glad actually for the coincidence cause I've been injustice, for not been meeting them that frequently. Time and tide waits for no man. Hopefully I'll be able to make it to kak diana's bbq at her house on the eve of is's birthday. Insyallah..
Sunday was mission impossible day. Asked my third sister to tag along and followed me on a shopping spree around tampines. Complications arised when I forgot to bring the advert promotion page to claim my voucher. I thought of making a u-turn to home but came out with a brilliant idea of asking my sister's friend who lives nearby for the page. We had a hard time looking for block no 844 and by the time we arrived, I was out of gas and fuming. Luckily there is 711 and I bought a bottle of gatorade and two cadbury boost for renewed energy. Haha. I was a happy girl at the end of the day when I got the voucher and the items that I want.
Although, all in all it has been an exhausting weekend but I felt unusually motivated. Though this feeling never last long till monday (explains why I'm having monday blues just now) and it comes creeping back when the weekends are nearer. I'm hoping for saturday to come reaally sooon. Its time for tender, love and care. Now that's bliss.. *beams*
