While I was on my way back from work today, I chanced upon the magazine stand and decided to buy a magazine. It has been three years since I started reading and storing magazines for my personal collection. The last time I bought was Seventeen magazines which I ended up throwing my hundred dollars worth to the rubbish chute. Haha. So now, I thought I should invest my money wisely and buy something informational which I can gain from after reading it. I browsed through
Female and
Her World. I liked the latter but it was very thick and with lots of beauty make up tips. I skip that and finally content myself with a more health vibes magazine:
Shape.
one that I can do with for nowIt contains lots of good stuffs inside including special sections like how to shape up your life, looking great and live healthy. My favourite part was of course the beauty tips it offers. Not only how to look best on the outside but maintaing your inner self healthy too.

Also, I find the article on how to look after your hands is useful. Sometimes we care too much for our face that we neglect the importance of keeping our other body parts healthy too. I seriously recommend the d-i-y treatment cause it's so easy to do and the ingredients are very easy to find. If you simply don't have the time, apply moisturisers to your hand cause it helps to soften it. I'm using Cetaphil as a cleanser when I'm washing my hands. It's very mild and non abrasive, perfect for all skin types including the sensitive type. For moisturising, you can try Vaseline Aloe Cool & Fresh lotion cause it will protect your hands from dryness.
There you go, my health bite for the day.
