I helped my aunt who works in NTUC Fairprice to write a letter to one of the customers regarding a lucky draw form. The customer was supposed to receive the form but it turns out that it was finished. So, my aunt took all the effort to mail it to her. And now, the customer was delighted and thank her for the lovely letter that she wrote.. I mean I wrote but heck. So, she receive a compliment letter from the customer and it turns out she's going to be nominated in one of the excellency award on customer service. Talk about exceeding customer expectations. My aunt don't need to learn Consumer Psychology or Sales Management to know that. And now I know I'm learning common sense in schools, translated into theory. Haiz..

So, what I've been up to lately you might ask? Just the normal usual. I went out to do FYP on a Saturday. Imagine staying in school with only few people around and no stalls opened. Some people even went to the school thinking that the openhouse is there but its at the new woodland campus. I've yet to go for the openhouse. Time sure flies by so fast and I'm counting to 6 more weeks till school ends.

I hope I can get a free day on the 29th. I'm in need of danial's dosage. It's been solid 2 weeks since the actual date. I'm in a tight budget, he's in a tight flexible budget :P So there should be one day where we will be very very flexible okay? Now, he's identical to me in one way or another [don't be yellow]. Let's start off with the handphones.

I'm still planning on the suprise though its still a very long way. I really need a good start. Just hope it will turn out pleasant. Hehe.

Oh and I'm still am addicted to Ressa Herlambang Harusakah. I can still remember someone trying to immitate his dance :)
